Growth: I am a firm believer in a growth mindset. For me this isn’t about always growing the client list or the gross billings, but about striving for improvement. Can we refine our systems to build efficiencies? Can we improve our communication to collaborate more? Can we grow our knowledge and expertise to provide more services? How can we be a better firm?

Family: Family will always come first. I started this business to provide a living for my family that still allows me the flexibility to be present when it matters. I will never miss a dance recital or soccer game for a client project. With planning and coordination, we can balance the workload around the things that matter to most.
